Bangkok Don Muang Airport Bus

bangkok airport bus Airport bus is air-conditioned and leaves about every 15 minutes beginning at 4:30 AM and ending at 12:30 AM. While the individual fare is 100 baht, for a group of four it is discounted to 250 baht. Signs direct you to the bus stop.

There are four different bus routes covering all the main areas of the city. Below is a list of the routes, where they go and some nearby hotels.

  1. Route AB-1 leaves the airport and exits the tollway at Din Daeng. Then it goes to Pratunam, Ratchprarop Road, Lumphini Park and Silom Road. The end of the line is the corner of Charoen Krung and Silom Roads. It returns to the airport on the same way.

    Hotels on Route AB-1 include the Century Park, Siam Dindaeng, Amari Watergate, Baiyoke Suites, Empress, Indra Regent, Mercure Bangkok, Arnoma, Grand Hyatt Erawan, Regent Bangkok, Siam Orchid, Dusit Thani, Holiday Inn, Lanna View, Monarch Lee Garden, Narai, Pan Pacific, Sathorn Inn, Silom Palace, Silom Street Inn, Swissotel, Tower Inn, Manora, New Fuji, New Trocadero, Tawanna Ramada, Oriental and Shangri La.
  2. Route AB-2 exits the tollway at Din Daeng, proceeds to Victory Monument, down Phaya Thai to Phetburi Road. It then goes on to Lan Luang, Tanao, Banglamphu (Khao San Road), past Democracy Monument, onto to Ratchadamnoen Klang Road. It turns around for the return at Sanam Luang and goes under Phra Pin Klao Bridge to Tanao Road, and returns the same way.

    Hotels on Route AB-2 - Asia, Florida, Siam City, Royal Princess, Golden Horse, Vieng Tai and Royal.
  3. Route AB-3 exits at Sukhumvit road and goes to the Ekkamai bus station, then to New Phetburi Road. It turn around at the Thong Lo police station and returns the same way

  4. Route AB-4 exits the tollway on Ploenchit Road. It passes Siam Square, Phaya Thai Road and gets on Rama IV Road to Chinatown. It stops at the Hualamphong Train Station and returns by the same route.
