Pattaya Dental Care

High quality dental services are available in Pattaya at very affordable rates. In fact some Westerners schedule their vacations in Pattaya to coincide with their need for major dental treatment.

Here are some fees charged by one dentist:

• Scaling and polishing (cleaning) - Bt 700
• Extraction - Bt 300
• Composite filling - Bt 500-800
• Laser teeth whitening - Bt 10,000
• Full denture - Bt 12,000

Most dentists who advertise their services to visitors speak English. Some speak German and other languages as well.

Pattaya Pharmacies

Pharmacies, including international names like "Boots", can be found in shopping malls, some department stores and on most major roads around the town. Most pharmacists have enough English to provide the usual remedies for holiday ills such as insect bites, over indulgence and the like.

Pattaya Clinics

If you prefer to be seen by a local doctor there are numerous local clinics around the city. The services they provide are akin to your normal doctor's surgery but without the in-depth service offered by the hospitals. They will also sell you the pills and potions required to overcome your ailment.

There are also specialist clinics for the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases.
