Joan said, "We said, "the hotel itself is REALLY far away from the city centre however there is nice commuting such as already mentioned yellow bus number 8. the hotel is amazingly clean and the welcome drinks are refreshing after a long flight(the district is amazing itself reminding Phuket town). people in there are really assisting and they recommended me to visit the food market which was of course a little bit revolting cause of the smells but it was a funny experience with a lot of photoes. However when we were checking out they showed us the towel in a blue varnish and wanted us to pay the fine we refused as nobody has ever actually used blue varnish in our lifetime and after 5 minutes of disputing they agreed with us and did not charge us for that. there is the restaurant on the ground floor . however just another street from the food market is full of small coffee shops, restaurants( one of them is actually pizzeria) and Thai food courts where you can always find at least one person who can speak little English."

Fiona L said, "Arrived late into Bangkok with young child in tow. Hotel only about 30 mins from airport. On arrival at hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was huge, clean and very comfortable...just what we needed to rest before continuing on with our travels. Found it useful booking transfer from airport but be aware if transfer not waiting for you at departures then you need to go to Information Desk and ask them to announce your arrival so your transfer can find you. Great place for stopover."

Koby L said, "At first glance... very nice. Huge room, well appointed and reasonable comfortable. However, at closer inspection, the bathroom was crawling with ants that we travelling in a huge (1m) line along the side of the bath. Then, the bath/shower was so poorly designed that no matter where the showerhead was placed the water ran down the side of the bath and collected in a pool in the hall. To top it off, I woke up in the morning covered in bites (too small for mosquito bites) so I suspect there were bedbugs. We were only at this hotel for 7 hrs. as we had a very early flight, needless to say that was quite long enough. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, OR DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!"
Felicity H said, "This hotel was a very good overnight stop close to the airport. My son and I were very comfortable in our deluxe room. the restaurant was good and the staff very helpful. The hotel is around 20-25 minutes from the airport depending on the traffic. It is however far from the center of Bangkok so there is only a small local market to walk around."
